Our kitchens are the gathering spot for us to reunite and share a delicious meal after a long day of work and play, from first ingredients to the last bit of dessert. Our living spaces include finished basements, outdoor decks and patios and family rooms. They offer a place to relax.

Our Process

Every renovation project begins with an introductory meeting to discuss your budget, needs and expectations for your renovation project so we have a complete understanding of your project goals. Once we know your goals and expectations, we’ll get to work.

Budgeting

After meeting with you, we’ll review your requirements and present our recommendations for your renovation.

Scheduling

The project schedule we present to you will outline the expected start and completion dates for your renovation project, along with the expected milestones for substantial completion of the project phases.

Construction

We procure all the necessary materials for the project and deliver them to the worksite in a safe and secure manner. Construction is conducted during normal business hours, typically between Mondays and Fridays with some Saturdays necessary for reasons such as availability and scheduling of trades.

Permits & Inspection

All the necessary permits for your renovation project will be secured for you by our team. Once we have reached substantial completion during key phases of the project, we will schedule the necessary inspections to be completed, and address any items that might be called to attention. We’re pretty good at what do, and our track record for passing inspections is second to none. We like to point that out.

From start to finish, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship and the results of your finished renovation project. All day long. In the event that you have an issue that needs to be addressed, we will work with you to correct the issue to your satisfaction.
